These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the First Integrated Realty Nexus ("FIRN") platform, including our website, app, and services. By accessing or using FIRN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable to enter contracts. To become a FIRN Innovator (FIN), register with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and notifying us of unauthorized use.

2. Services and Network Use

• Realtor Services: Access verified listings, leads, and multi-level referrals. You agree to conduct business ethically and comply with local laws.
• Referrals: Earn commissions on successful referrals (5-20% based on tier). Downline earnings are capped at 5% and require verified closes.
• Training: Academy access is for enrolled members only; misuse voids certification.

3. Commissions and Payments

Commissions are paid within 7 days of deal closure. FIRN withholds 10% for platform fees. Disputes must be raised within 30 days. All payments via verified channels (e.g., bank transfer).

4. Verified Opportunities

Listings are vetted, but FIRN is not liable for third-party claims. Users must verify documents independently. Prohibited: Fraudulent listings or spam referrals.

5. Intellectual Property

FIRN content (logos, tools) is proprietary. Users may not reproduce without permission. User-generated content grants FIRN a non-exclusive license for promotion.

6. Termination

We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations. Upon termination, access ends; outstanding commissions are forfeited if fraud is suspected.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

FIRN provides services "as is." We disclaim warranties for deal outcomes. Liability limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. Governing law: Nigerian law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms with notice via email/site. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Last updated: November 17, 2025.
